My wife’s grand father received one of the first baseball gloves that your company made for his birthday back in the 30′s. This glove was passed on to her father. He passed away 4 years ago and this glove was passed on to her. We are trying to match the exact time this glove was made. It is in excellent shape and most of the writing is still visible but it can’t be made out completely. She thinks it is a possibility that it may be a shoeless Joe Jackson style glove. we don’t know for sure we can make out the name Joe.Do you have pictures of the gloves your company made for the years from the 30′s through the 40′s you can email us so me can match this glove.Eventually I want to try to trace it back to the day it was made there in Nocona Texas.Any info would be greatly appreciated.Please respond to this email by phone to 1-541-755-6066.
